Job Description
As a CNC Machinist Apprentice, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, learning to:
Operate and maintain CNC machines with precision and care.
Troubleshoot operational issues and ensure seamless production processes.
Interpret technical drawings and follow standard operating procedures.
Uphold safety protocols and quality standards in every task.
Collaborate with mentors and teammates to foster a supportive learning environment.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking individuals who are ready to roll up their sleeves and dive into the world of manufacturing. To qualify, you’ll need:
A high school diploma or equivalent.
At least 3 years of work experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Basic math and problem‑solving skills.
The ability to lift up to 50 lbs using proper ergonomic procedures.
At least 18 years of age by the time of joining; role may encounter high risk or hazardous operations or include working shifts beyond standard workweek.
Preferred Skills & Traits
While not required, the following characteristics will set you apart:
Mechanical aptitude and hands‑on experience with manual machining tools.
Exposure to band saws, drill presses, and hand tools.
Vo‑tech training or coursework in machining, welding, auto mechanics, or electrical work.
Autonomous problem‑solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Benefits & Compensation
Competitive Compensation: Starting at $23.85 per hour, increasing to $33.39 at the completion of the program
