Overview
Hospice of Chattanooga is currently seeking a Full Time On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team, providing exceptional care and support to hospice patients and their families during their most critical moments. As an On‑Call RN, you will play a vital role in identifying patient and family needs, coordinating care, and offering preventative measures and compassionate support.

Monday – Thursday, 4:30 pm – 8 am

Respond to a variety of patient needs, from urgent to routine, providing unwavering support in critical moments.
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs.
Maintain accurate documentation to meet agency and regulatory standards.
Support families by sharing knowledge, guiding them, and offering reassurance during challenging times.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in nursing or health care preferred.
Hold current, unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Minimum one year experience as an RN in a medical‑surgical/acute‑care setting; hospice experience a plus.
Must be computer proficient, including background in EMR.
Possess and maintain current CPR certification if required by state.
$68,000 – $78,000 per year (Average Pay Range)
