New Mexico Counseling Center is seeking compassionate and motivated therapists to join our collaborative clinical team. We welcome both independently licensed clinicians and associate-level therapists working toward independent licensure.

Founded and led by an AAMFT Approved Supervisor, New Mexico Counseling Center values mentorship, ethical clinical practice, and professional growth.
About the Role
Therapists provide outpatient psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families through in-person sessions in our Corrales office and/or secure telehealth throughout New Mexico.
Clinicians have flexibility in developing a caseload that aligns with their interests and specialties.
Typical clinician caseloads range from 20–28 sessions per week depending on full-time or part-time status.
Responsibilities
Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans
Provide psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record
Coordinate care with other providers when appropriate
Participate in case consultation and clinical collaboration
Maintain ethical and professional standards of practice
Qualifications
Independently Licensed Clinicians
Eligible for W-2 employment or 1099 contractor position
Associate-Level Clinicians (W-2 Only)
Active New Mexico associate license such as LMSW, LAMFT, or LMHC
Eligible to receive supervision toward independent licensure
Ideal Clinical Interests (Not Required)
