Responsible for the evaluation, planning, directing and administering of physical therapy modalities prescribed by a licensed physician.

Qualifications
One (1) year experience as a physical therapist in an acute care facility preferred
Graduate of an accredited Physician Therapy curriculum with a Bachelors, Masters or Doctoral degree and certification in physical therapy
Current California Physical Therapist License OR Physical Therapist License - Applicant (California)
If CA PT License Applicant (PTLA) Letter recipient: licensing exam must be passed within 120 days from letter date
BLS (CPR) certification
