Job Summary
Hiring immediately! Compassionate and reliable caregiver for a 9AM-5PM shift on Thursdays ongoing in Kirkland. Other shifts are available. Actikare Responsive In Home Care is actively seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers, CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants), or HCAs (Home Care Aides) with experience caring for seniors to join our award‑winning team. We are a trusted provider of exceptional in‑home care services, ensuring our clients' well‑being, dignity, and quality of life at home.

Compensation and Benefits
Competitive Pay: $21.00 - $23 per hour for HCA and CNA caregivers

Responsibilities
Provide pleasant and supportive companionship
Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks, etc.)
Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and other daily living tasks
Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own, including preparing meals
Prepare for clients
Report any unusual incidents to agency, medical professionals, and family members
Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
Requirements
Active CNA or HCA certification with the state of Washington, or proof of completion or current enrollment in a training program
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass a criminal background check and fingerprint check
Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions in English
U.S. work authorization (Mandatory)
Strong commitment to reliability and punctuality
Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner
Outstanding communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
Physical endurance to complete required tasks
Employment Details
Generally expected hours: 12 - 20 per week but could go as high as 40 per week. Job Types: Full‑time, Part‑time. Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour. Benefits: Dental insurance, Flexible schedule, Health insurance, Paid time off, Vision insurance.
