VibraLife is a Rehabilitation Center and Senior Living Community located in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. The facility includes a short‑term rehabilitation/skilled nursing unit and an assisted living unit offering comprehensive post‑injury or illness care.
Positions
Registered Nurses
– PRN/Per diem, 12‑hour shifts.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive assessment of resident and family needs to determine required nursing services.
Provide direct nursing care and delegate/supervise all nursing tasks.
Demonstrate clinical competence, manage resident care, improve quality of care, and develop specialist expertise.
Manage responsibilities for assigned residents, monitor care quality, and report major occurrences to Program Manager or Nursing Supervisor.
Required Skills
Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
Current BLS certification from a Vibra‑approved vendor.
Additional Qualifications & Skills
One year of medical/surgical, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience (preferred).
Professional appearance and image.
Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
Ability to make independent decisions when warranted.
Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
Freedom from illegal drug or alcohol use in the workplace.
