Wee Care CDC, in Sanatoga, PA

is a licensed childcare center seeking an Assistant Preschool teacher.

Qualifications:

a high school diploma or GED and the ability to pass all background checks. Experience in childcare is a plus.

Required Shift:

Monday - Friday, hours based on center’s needs.

Compensation:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour, based on education and experience.

Main Job Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of the classroom in a manner consistent with the philosophy and goals of the center.

Implement activities that encourage each child’s growth in the areas of emotion, social, cognitive, creative, and physical development.

Take initiative, accept constructive criticism and feedback, and make improvements and changes as necessary for the betterment of the quality of the program.

Create and maintain an environment that is clean and safe for all children.

Establish a professional level of rapport with each family to provide quality care for the children.

Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs.

Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.
