We are currently hiring one‑on‑one caregivers to serve clients in Cedar Grove, Oostburg and surrounding areas for numerous shifts and weekends.
Job Responsibilities
Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned
Follow client care plan
Provide companionship and emotional support by engaging in conversation, hobbies, and recreational activities
Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
Assist clients with walking, dressing, and other daily activities of living
Report on activities completed and provide updates on clients’ physical condition, mental capacity, and behavior
Caregiver Qualifications
Applicants must be at least 18 years old
Must have a driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Unwavering patience and reliability
Ability to pass a background check
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive pay: $16.25 – $19.00 per hour (based on experience)
Paid Time Off – earn 2 hours of PTO for every 40 hours worked
