Requirements
Experienced Registered Nurse
5 plus years of experience as Registered Nurse
Must have managerial experience as a Registered Nurse
Must have an active BLS and ACLs
Experience in an ambulatory surgery center
PACU experience is highly preferred
Duties
Supervise and support nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality patient care
Oversee clinical workflows, staffing, and scheduling
Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and standards
Serve as a resource for clinical decision-making and problem-solving
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Review documentation for accuracy and completeness
Manage quality improvement initiatives and patient safety efforts
Assist with budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control
Address patient and family concerns
