Home Health Physical Therapist – Per-Visit Pay (PRN)

Paradigm Home Health Companies is looking for a Physical Therapist PRN in Tyler, Texas. You will provide direct care to home-bound patients and develop care plans collaboratively with physicians. Additional responsibilities include therapeutic treatments, supervising assistants, and preparing clinical notes. Current Texas PT License and CPR certification are required.
