Registered Nurse Operating Room Expertise
The Registered Nurse, operating room provides nursing care and services during surgical cases. The RN is responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case. Experience in surgical procedures in Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, and Total Joint is required.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing
Active RN license in the state
BLS, ACLS, or PALS as required by the center
One year of experience in an intra‑operative setting
Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment
