Responsibilities
Under the direction and general supervision of the Clinical Manager, the Registered Nurse (RN) provides nursing care in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act, hospital policies, and in collaboration with the medical staff. The RN utilizes the nursing process to develop a plan of care that includes standards of practice to meet the physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural and educational needs of the patient and family, incorporating the needs and behaviors of the patient’s age group in planning and providing care.

Education Requirements
BSN (preferred)
Minimum Requirements
Current RN license in the state of Connecticut
Must have previous RN experience
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high volume environment.
Self‑directed in the management of patient care.
