Full‑Time Radiology Technologist
– Onsite at Southwest Health System, Inc., southwestern Colorado.
Pay Range

Overview
Deliver exceptional patient care and precise diagnostic imaging. Serve as a lead technologist, supervise students, and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.
Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic radiographic imaging with compassion and precision.
Supervise and assist radiographic technology students.
Oversee compliance with all federal and state regulations, prioritizing safety.
Manage departmental supplies and ensure readiness for use.
Regulatory/Education Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Completion of an accredited educational program in Radiologic Technology.
Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiology Technologist (RT).
Preferred registration with ARRT in Computer Tomography Technologist (CT).
Current BLS/CPR certification.
Language Skills
Effective communication in English, both verbally and in writing.
Additional languages preferred.
Ability to explain procedures to patients, significant others, and other health care providers.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents necessary for quality patient care.
Skills
Basic computer knowledge.
Strong communication skills.
