Overview
LanceSoft is seeking a travel Pharmacist for a travel job in Columbia, South Carolina.
Responsibilities
Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy and safety
Provide drug information and clinical guidance to healthcare providers
Monitor drug interactions, contraindications, and adverse events
Support medication therapy management and patient education
Assist with pharmacy workflow, inventory, and storage processes
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and insurance providers
Participate in audits, compliance, and quality improvement initiatives
Perform clinical services such as immunizations and disease management
Support and guide pharmacy support staff
Maintain high standards of customer service and patient care
Requirements (Must Have)
Active South Carolina Pharmacist License
PharmD or Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
Minimum 1 year of pharmacist experience
Strong knowledge of medical terminology
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in home infusion or hospital pharmacy
Experience with Epic system
Experience working with insurance and prior authorizations
