We’re hiring a Medication Technician – a detail-oriented and compassionate team member who ensures safe and timely medication administration for our residents. This role blends precision, empathy, and teamwork to support wellness in a memory care setting.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Assist residents with routine administration of medications
Order, receive, and take inventory of medications
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the medication cart
Communicate clearly with residents, families, and the clinical team
Qualifications:
Medication Aide Certificate required for the state
Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school
At least one year of experience as a Medication Technician
Valid CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
Personal or professional experience in memory care or with individuals living with Alzheimer’s or dementia preferred
Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards
Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
Effective communicator in verbal and written English
Comfortable working around animals and pets
Paid training and strong internal mobility
Schedule: Full Time, AM shift, 12 hour shifts 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM, every other weekend, 3 days week 1, 4 days week 2
Anticipated pay range
$24 - $27 USD
