We have an in‑house lab and do all patient testing on‑site.

Job Summary
While under the supervision of the Medical Provider, the Medical Assistant is responsible for taking vital signs, administering injections and medication, developing client care plans, assessing clients, and more. $20‑30/hour + bonus and healthcare.

Competencies & Qualifications

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in units of measurement.

Ability to speak, read, and write in English.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Skill in using computer programs and applications.

Schedule flexibility and proper attendance/punctuality.

High School Diploma or GED.

Current CPR Certificate.

Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist certification.

One (1) year of relevant clinical experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

Work collaboratively within the Gameday environment to enhance the delivery of primary care services.

Work in conjunction with the Medical Providers to incorporate the Gameday process for client‑centered, outcomes‑oriented care.

Develop long‑term, trusting relationships with clients and peers.

Assist in the delivery of disease management and health promotion programs per Gameday practice guidelines.

Maintain accurate medical records as per policy.

Assist in developing and implementing client self‑management programs.

Provide medical services to the client population in accordance with established standards, policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations.

Take medical histories.

Perform venipuncture.

Take vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, weight).

Perform basic wound care (cleaning and bandaging).

Administer medications as prescribed by a physician.

Give injections as prescribed by a physician.

Administer immunizations as prescribed by a physician.

Enter information into computer systems.

Schedule client appointments and manage walk‑ins per established policies.

Respond to and send emails and faxes daily.

Register clients upon arrival and collect documentation.

Assemble new client electronic charts (EHRs) and ensure data completeness.

Upload additional client documentation into the DrChrono system.

Maintain overall cleanliness and appearance of the clinic.

Collaborate with Manager and Medical Providers to ensure smooth client flow and reduce waiting time.

Follow up on “no‑show” clients daily.

Communicate client problems/complaints to the Manager.

Perform other related duties as required.

Job Requirements

Proficiency in electronic medical records.

Knowledge of current clinical principles and practices.

Knowledge of medications, treatments, materials, supplies, and equipment.

Ability to work in a team while respecting others’ views/opinions.

Responsibility, accountability, and strong problem‑solving/critical‑thinking skills.

Ability to work independently and prioritize workload.

Attention to detail in following instructions.

Willingness to treat all clients with kindness and consideration.

Professional conduct reflecting Gameday’s mission and compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations.

Friendly personality with desire to work with the public.

Ability to relate to people regardless of ethnicity, religion, and economic status.

Physical: standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 lbs; may involve long periods of sitting, standing, or computer work.

Work Schedule
Part‑time. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 10am–7pm (closed for a 1hr lunch).
