Victory Home Care Agency, based in Avon, OH, provides high-quality, non-medical in-home care services tailored to the unique needs of seniors, individuals with disabilities, and families. We currently accept private pay clients and are in the process of enrolling in the Medicaid Waiver program, with plans to expand insurance options soon. Role Description
This is an on-site Caregiver position located in Avon, OH, with

full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities available . The Caregiver will assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and errands. They will provide companionship, emotional support, and help foster a safe and comfortable living environment. The Caregiver will follow care plans tailored to each client’s needs and report any change in condition or concerns to the supervisor.

Qualifications

Ability to provide quality personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance

Experience in providing companionship, emotional support, and engaging in meaningful activities

Capability to assist with household tasks such such as light cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation

Reliable transportation and the ability to assist with errands and appointments

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with clients and families

Dependability, compassion, and a genuine desire to provide exceptional care

Completion of caregiving training or certification is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

CPR and First Aid certification is an advantage

Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities is preferred
