12-hour morning shifts (7am–7pm) . If you enjoy long, meaningful shifts that let you connect deeply with your clients, this is the perfect role for you. Other shifts and surrounding locations available.

Your responsibilities
Assisting clients with bathing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
Helping with transfers and mobility
Preparing meals and assisting with grocery shopping
Light housekeeping and laundry
Providing companionship and emotional support
Medication reminders and documenting care
Driving clients to appointments or errands
Requirements
Valid PCA, HHA, or CNA license in Virginia
CPR certification and negative TB screening
Clean background check (per VA HCO barrier crimes regulation)
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance
Able to lift 25 lbs. and assist safely with transfers
