Overview
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to oversee the training and care of Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) and Home Hemodialysis (HHD) patients at Puget Sound Kidney Centers. This is a rewarding opportunity to educate and support patients by providing them with the freedom to dialyze at home. The Home Dialysis RN (HDRN) provides training, retraining, education, and nursing care to an assigned group of home dialysis patients and supervises Home Dialysis Technicians in the home department.
Qualifications & Experience
Degree from an accredited school of nursing.
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the WA State Board of Nursing or Multi-State Compact Nurse license.
Current CPR with Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers card with American Heart Association.
Twelve (12) months of RN experience.
Experience in either hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis required.

Location/Hours
Coverage is mainly at PSKC’s clinic in Whidbey Island and Anacortes. Applicant must be able to travel to other PSKC clinics if needed. Applicants must be able to work any 5 days per week (Monday through Friday) for a minimum of 8-hour schedules and take calls on a rotating schedule. Start and end times may vary based on patient needs.
Compensation And Benefits
Hourly pay range for this position is $36.75 - $61.50 per hour. Wage offers are determined based on multiple factors including previous experience in the same or similar role.
Sign-on bonus available for experienced nurses.
Paid Vacation accrual - up to 2 weeks in your first year
