Overview

Sea Grove Recovery, located in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, provides substance use treatment for adults and dual diagnosis treatment for adults with co-occurring mental health disorders. The 41-bed facility is in a serene, wooded environment and is designed to maximize healing and meet the needs of every patient. Sea Grove offers a partial hospitalization program (PHP) that takes place most of the day throughout the week with PHP lodging available. The program allows patients to receive treatments and therapies throughout the day in an environment conducive to healing and a treatment plan built around their individual needs. Sea Grove Recovery is equipped to provide treatment to those with a substance use disorder and a co-occurring mental health disorder.

Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) functions as an active part of the treatment team and is responsible for providing continuous patient care and supervision for all clients. All BHTs work under the direction of a Registered Nurse.

Provide continuous patient care and supervision under RN direction.

Collaborate with the treatment team to support individualized care plans.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred. A minimum of 1-3 years of related work experience is preferred. Eligible to become a Peer Counselor.
