Therapist Position Overview
We currently have two openings for therapists to serve children (7+), teens, and families. Individual therapy with young adults and adults will also comprise part of the caseload. The positions are located at our South Park office and our Blakeney office in the greater Charlotte area.

Role Specifics and Responsibilities
Conduct intakes/initial assessments and provide ongoing therapy to children, teens, families, and adults.
Maintain a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week.
Prepare and maintain appropriate clinical documentation, including treatment plans.
Cooperate with the billing department to keep client accounts accurate.
Coordinate services with case managers, other providers, and school staff as needed.
Deliver excellent customer service to clients.
Attend staff meetings and mandatory training sessions.
Assist in the selection and onboarding of new therapists.
Participate in community outreach and events to reduce mental‑health stigma.
Foster a peaceful and supportive work environment.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Independent license in NC as an LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT.
Clinicians with supervisory credentials are encouraged to apply (additional supervision pay).
Out‑of‑state candidates must have received NC reciprocity within the last 30 days.
Experience working with children (7+), teens, and families.
Proficiency in assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation.
Comfort working with a diverse client base.
Proficiency with electronic health records (EHRs).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Adaptability and solution‑oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Basic knowledge of insurance billing.
Knowledge of community resources and willingness to learn preferred providers.
Proficient with Office 365.
Current or previous credentialing with insurance panels.
Experience with LGBTQIA+ clients and/or First Responder/Veteran populations (priority).
