Join Our Team as a Regional Reimbursement Nurse
As a Regional Reimbursement Nurse, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timeliness of assessments and documentation across multiple facilities. You’ll support facility staff, oversee MDS coordination, and contribute to quality outcomes that directly impact resident care.

Your Impact as a Regional Reimbursement Nurse

Schedule residents for admission, annual, quarterly, Medicare, or change-of-condition assessments, ensuring clear communication with nursing and other departments.

Ensure all assessments meet Federal and State regulations for comprehensive assessment (MDS) completion and coordination.

Monitor MDS and care plan records for accuracy, completeness, and chronological order.

Attend Medicaid and ITTM meetings to gather information, share updates, and maintain clinical records and care plans.

Perform updates as needed to reflect resident needs and regulatory standards.

Provide DONs, Administrators, and staff with Quality Indicator Reports.

Perform transmissions of MDS assessments on schedule.

Remain informed on industry changes through workshops and conferences.

Collect, manage, and report data to corporate billing personnel.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Licensed Nurse in good standing.

Geriatric nursing background with restorative care philosophy.

Strong professional skills in both assessment and hands‑on care.

Knowledge of nursing home regulations and compliance standards.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with facility staff.

Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Reliability, trustworthiness, and consistent attendance are essential.
