Responsibilities
Create long‑term impacts on individuals’ lives.
Encourage, mentor, and coach others to achieve their goals.
Teach individuals to navigate daily living activities, such as housekeeping and laundry.
Perform work in accordance with appropriate procedures under the supervision of the House Manager.
Assist with daily and personal activities to enhance independence.
