About The Opportunity

Opportunities for CRNAs in Cardiac include a variety of shift options based on location:
Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center (CMC) Main - 8, 10, 12, and 16-hour shifts available
Atrium Health Pineville and Atrium Health Cabarrus - 8, 10, 12, 16, and 24-hour shifts available

Candidate Highlights

NC RN licensure required. Graduate of an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia required. CRNA licensure required. BLS and ACLS PALS from AHA required.

The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) is an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) that functions at a medical level of care to provide anesthesia, analgesia, and pain management services across the patient lifespan in a variety of settings. Clinical responsibilities may include ambulatory, surgery center and/or hospital anesthesia services. The CRNA participates as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide safe, high quality, cost effective, and evidenced-based care. The CRNA demonstrates the highest levels of professionalism and upholds the missions, visions, and values of Advocate Health. The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) will provide care within their scope of practice as outlined by applicable state law, licensing, regulations, institutional policy, privileges, and practice agreements.
