CT Tech – Radiology – Nights / Full-Time – 3 Day Work Week

NewYork-Presbyterian is seeking a highly skilled CT Technologist to join our team. In this role, you will operate CT equipment and apply your knowledge of Radiology Information Systems (RIS), PACS, and digital data transfer processes. You will play a critical role in maintaining our premier level of quality in support of a world-class clinical team. Use your CT technology expertise to assist with the diagnosis of complex cases and expand your knowledge alongside highly respected professionals.
This is a full-time position at NewYork-Presbyterian Westchester, with shifts on Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m., and one day per week from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., located in Bronxville, NY, near the Metro-North Station.
Responsibilities
Operate CT equipment and apply knowledge of RIS, PACS, and digital data transfer processes to support accurate imaging and diagnosis.
Maintain high standards of quality and safety in the imaging process; collaborate with the clinical team to support effective patient care.
Assist with the diagnosis of rare and complex cases by providing accurate CT imaging and timely data management.
Utilize CT technology to support ongoing learning and professional development within the department.
Qualifications
Required Criteria:
High School Diploma or GED
Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Radiology
New York State Radiologic Technologist license from Department of Health
CT certification
Prior CT Tech experience in a hospital environment
American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
Preferred Criteria:
License to inject contrast
New graduates eligible for consideration
