Nurse Practitioner – Community Health & Holistic Care

Great Lakes Bay Health Centers is looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to manage patient medical care and collaborate with a diverse interdisciplinary team in Saginaw, Michigan. The role requires licensure in Michigan, completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program, and preferably experience in an FQHC setting. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, and being bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. This position works 40 hours a week with potential local travel and offers flexible hours.
