is expanding our East Mesa Health Center and seeking an experienced, Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician to join our thriving outpatient clinic.

Outpatient-Only Role:
No hospital coverage, limited call (phone consult only)
Supportive Environment:
Enjoy 36 hours of patient contact and 4 hours of admin time weekly, supported by Medical Assistants, front office staff, a network of specialists, and on-site leadership
Focus on Adult and Geriatric Care:
Manage preventive care, chronic disease management, and tailor procedures to your interests
Qualifications:
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
Experience preferred
Passion for adult and geriatric care
Team-oriented and comfortable with technology in healthcare
Banner Health total compensation package includes:
Base salary plus value and productivity incentives
$100K loan repayment and starting bonus
Relocation assistance
Paid CME and malpractice coverage
