Pay ranges from $17–$21 per hour, based on experience, with opportunities for shift differentials on evening and overnight shifts.

Help our residents live their lives to the fullest by assisting them with their daily routines.
Build bonds through companionship.
Show patience, compassion, and empathy in each engagement with all residents and their families.
Assist residents in organizing their day and activities, and above all, enjoy themselves.
Use Point of Service technology to obtain meal orders from residents, as needed.
Caregiver Requirements
High school diploma or GED.
18 years of age or older.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced and team‑oriented environment.
Skilled in communicating effectively with others, including careful listening, sensitivity to others' thoughts and feelings, timely and accurate reporting of changes.
Compassion and patience in all personal interactions.
Ability to perform the physical tasks required in this role.
Comfortable working in a pet‑friendly environment.
Ability to understand and speak English at a level which allows the safe, efficient performance of the job.
