Physicians Choice Home Health is hiring a

full-time or part-time/per diem

Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)

to join our Home Health team, serving patients in the South Bay of Los Angeles. In this role, you will provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in the comfort of their own homes, helping them regain independence and improve their daily functioning. You will work closely with a supervising Physical Therapist and a team of dedicated healthcare professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care.

What You’ll Do

Provide in‑home physical therapy visits under the supervision of a PT

Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence

Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safe movement

Document visits in WellSky/Kinnser in a timely manner

Communicate patient progress and concerns to the care team

Graduate of an accredited PTA program

Active California PTA license

CPR/BLS certification

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient homes

Home healthcare experience

Experience with the Kinnser/Wellsky EMR preferred (not required)

$25-65/hour, depending on type of work and experience level

Mileage reimbursement

Cellular device reimbursement

Salary Range Disclaimer: The rates listed represent the low and high end of the range for this position. Visit and reimbursement rates vary based on visit type and employment status (1099 or W2). Rates may be adjusted in the future, and employees will be notified of these changes.
