Clubhouse Director: Mental Health & Social Practice Leader

New York Disaster & Interfaith Services (NYDIS) is seeking a dynamic Clubhouse Director for a 600-member adult clubhouse in Manhattan. The Director will oversee operations, manage a $3M budget, and provide leadership for staff. A Bachelor's degree is required, with significant experience in mental health management preferred. Candidates must possess strong public speaking and leadership skills, as well as bilingual capabilities in Cantonese, Mandarin, Taishanese, or Spanish. Salary range is $100,000 to $125,000 with excellent benefits.
