A premier behavioral health provider is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapist to join our growing team within the Crisis Stabilization Unit. This role provides the opportunity to work with individuals experiencing acute behavioral health and/or substance use disorders who are in need of short-term, intensive support and stabilization.

Qualifications
Master's degree in a Human Services field (e.g., Counseling, Social Work, Psychology)
1 year of Group Therapy facilitation experience
Licensure or eligibility for licensure in West Virginia, preferred
Responsibilities
Conduct patient evaluations and clinical assessments, including diagnostic impressions and treatment recommendations
Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning
Provide individual psychotherapy services
Facilitate group psychotherapy services
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
