Direct Support Professional (DSP)
As a Direct Support Professional, you’ll be a trusted presence in the lives of those we serve. You will help with day‑to‑day tasks and support individuals as they develop new life skills, contributing to their journey toward greater independence.
What You'll Do
Support individuals with everyday activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and personal hygiene routines.
Take individuals on community outings—whether for appointments, errands, or just to enjoy the day.
Track and document changes in overall health and behavior to support their care.
Assist with medication reminders or administration when needed.
Work collaboratively with a team of professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
What You Bring
A caring heart and a commitment to helping others live with dignity and independence.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
A valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and insurance.
Willingness to undergo a state and federal fingerprint background check.
CPR Certification and a recent TB test (we can help you obtain both if needed).
Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus—but if you bring passion and dedication, we’ll provide the training.

$20 - $22 an hour
