Rotating days (estimated 2 12‑hour shifts and some weekend shifts required)
No call, 100% outpatient

Job Description
Treating sick/injured patients in an outpatient urgent care clinic
Will practice at West Side Lafayette Urgent Care, South Side Lafayette Urgent Care, and occasionally the Monticello Walk‑in Clinic
Variety of patients from infant to senior citizens, simple illnesses/injuries to complex requiring transfer to hospital
Procedures performed include I&D, laceration suture, cryotherapy, foreign body removal, lesion excision and biopsy, etc.
Requirements
1+ years as an Advanced Provider required
3+ years experience in ED or urgent care as an advanced provider preferred
Must have excellent communication, critical thinking, interpersonal and planning skills
Hardworking, proactive, and a team player dedicated to delivering high‑quality patient care
Consistent and consecutive employment or training history
Master’s degree required
Certified and Indiana license or eligible
Committed to lifelong learning and open to change
