We are seeking a dedicated Radiologic Technologist who is committed to excellent patient care to join the WellNow team.
Salary
Competitive salary starting at $33.50 per hour (we pay based on years of experience)

Responsibilities
Start up and shut down all X‑Ray equipment
Properly identify patient and confirm ordered examination
Travel to designated locations within the assigned region to perform X‑Ray exams in the order received and listed on the worklist
Complete all responsibilities relating to the company fleet vehicle (e.g., fueling, daily checklist and logs)
Monitor communication venue and stay in communication with teams at the locations
Prepare patients for radiological procedures and conduct x‑rays following established procedures for patient care and safety
Obtain detailed history from the patient and note observations during examination
Use radiation protection and shielding materials
Ensure radiology equipment is functioning and report malfunctions to the Lead Radiologic Technologist
Complete radiologic procedures in EMR and note for billing
Obtain pre‑authorization from insurance for CT scans
Confirm X‑Ray exam in PACS and ensure report is in the patient’s chart
Clarify discrepancy radiology readings with the medical provider
Clean and stock the site with team members
Participate in quality control and assurance program
Perform basic medical assisting and occupational medicine technician duties to support patient flow, including greeting, registering patients, and triaging incoming phone calls
Minimum Experience Requirements
Mastery of best practice x‑ray procedures and protocols
Understanding of anatomy and physiology necessary to perform x‑ray testing, including body mechanics and patient movement
Knowledge of radiology equipment, including safety hazards common to radiology
Capability to identify equipment issues and troubleshoot problems
Capacity to apply written instructions and standardized work practices and protocols
Friendly and outstanding customer service skills
Strong critical thinking skills
Basic computer skills, including use of EMR
Minimum Education and Licensing Requirements
Minimum high‑school degree or equivalent
Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program, or current student with graduation within 4–6 months (offer contingent upon graduation and obtaining certifications)
Active ARRT certification and registration
Applicable state licensure
Active driver’s license
