Registered Nurse (RN) Neighborhood Manager - Skilled Nursing – The Willows
Oakmont, PA – Full-time; Salaried, Exempt; M-F Daylight shift with rotating on-call
Salary Range: $73,400 - $93,500 annually, depending on experience + $3,000 sign-on bonus

Responsibilities
The Neighborhood Manager is a Registered Nurse who assures quality care and services for skilled nursing residents.
Assumes responsibility for healthcare delivery and supervises the work of other licensed and non-licensed professional team members on a skilled nursing neighborhood.
Responsible for the clinical and administrative needs of the neighborhood(s).

Qualifications
Be a Registered Nurse, with a valid license in good standing from the State of PA.
Have at least 1 year of supervisory experience; long-term care experience is preferred.
Demonstrate excellent time management skills and exhibit enthusiasm and motivation.
Effectively interact with residents, resident families, and team members.
Have working knowledge of Internet, Medical Records, and Word Processing software.
Desire to contribute to a compassionate, resident-focused culture and effectively interact with residents, resident families, and team members.
