Our internships are unique in that you will work on a substantial project with one‑on‑one guidance from experts in the Animal Health Regulatory field. You will have the opportunity to network with other students in our program and to gain exposure to senior leaders in our company and our parent company, Colgate‑Palmolive. You’ll get paid while you learn.
Qualifications
Must be a current student in good academic standing, post‑second year or higher, seeking a degree in Marketing, Communications or Design.
Minimum 3.0 overall GPA.
Ability to work in the United States on a permanent and unlimited basis.
Project Opportunities
Developing a packaging hierarchy system to inform design layouts across all SKUs using Veeva or Trident Zen technology platforms.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $23.50 – $29.00 USD. Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit‑sharing, and long‑term incentives for Executive‑level roles.
Benefits include medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays. Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws.
