Shift: Day shifts, 4×10 hrs (8:00–18:30)
Hours: 40 hrs per week
Minimum of 2 weekends per month required

Healthcare charting in Epic EMR
Eligibility to float between facilities within the state; refusal may result in assignment termination
Block scheduling availability at manager discretion
Job Description
Acute care inpatient PT unit in a 426-bed MAGNET-designated hospital
Caseload of approximately 10 patients per day, focus on orthopedic and stroke cases (no wound care)
Facility is a Stroke Certified Center with a heavy orthopedic caseload
Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy services in an acute inpatient setting
Manage designated caseload and maintain accurate Epic EMR documentation
Float between facilities within the state as required
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of acute care physical therapy experience
Current BLS certification
Active state PT license (if applicable)
Epic EMR experience
Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within last 3 years in comparable specialty/setting
SSN and DOB required for consideration
