We are seeking a highly skilled
Physical Therapist (Neuro)
to join our
outpatient rehabilitation team in Westford, Massachusetts . This is a full-time opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including
neurological, neuromuscular, and orthopedic conditions , in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities
Provide
comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments
for patients with
neurological, neuromuscular, and orthopedic diagnoses
Develop and implement
individualized treatment plans
focused on functional outcomes and mobility
Deliver
evidence-based neuro rehab interventions
for both
adult and pediatric patients
Collaborate with an
interdisciplinary care team
including physicians, nurses, and therapists
Educate patients and families on
home exercise programs, recovery goals, and prevention strategies
Maintain accurate and timely
electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
Ensure the highest standards of
patient safety, quality care, and service excellence
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an
accredited PT program
Experience
3+ years of outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
Experience with
neurological rehabilitation (stroke, TBI, Parkinson’s, MS, etc.) strongly preferred
Experience working with
both adult and pediatric populations
is a plus
Licensure & Certification
Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required
BLS certification required within 4 months of hire

neurological and orthopedic rehabilitation
Excellent
clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage a
fast-paced outpatient caseload
Exceptional
patient communication and customer service skills
Strong
time management and organizational abilities
