Total Compensation

Approximately $124,000–$135,000 total annual compensation (Base salary + monthly incentives + signing bonus + student loan reimbursement + CEU reimbursement)

clinic in southern Colorado Springs is known for its strong orthopedic and manual therapy foundation. You’ll work alongside highly experienced clinicians — including a Certified Fellow of Manual Therapy — in an environment that emphasizes:

Hands‑on orthopedic & sports rehabilitation

Functional movement restoration and return‑to‑sport programming

Pre‑ and post‑operative rehabilitation

Chronic & acute injury management

Collaborative mentorship and continual learning

This location offers individualized treatment, fast access to care, and a supportive team dedicated to evidence‑based practice and exceptional outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Evaluate and treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions

Create and implement personalized, evidence‑based plans of care

Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehab

Educate patients and families on recovery, injury prevention, and long‑term wellness

Collaborate with your clinical team to ensure strong outcomes

Maintain clear, timely documentation within the EMR

Participate in ongoing CE, mentorship, and team development

What You’ll Need

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program

Active Colorado PT license (or eligibility)

Strong interpersonal skills and a growth‑minded approach
