Position Summary
As a
Charge Nurse (RN or LPN) , you will oversee nursing care on your assigned unit, ensuring safe, high-quality care for residents while supporting CNAs and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. You’ll play a key leadership role in daily operations and resident outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide and oversee direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans
Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely
Monitor, document, and report changes in resident condition
Supervise and support nursing assistantsEnsure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
Participate in care conferences, rounds, admissions, and discharges
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Qualifications
Active RN or LPN license in the state of Missouri
Current BLS/CPR certification
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
