This position is located at Grandview Healthcare Center, Oelwein, Iowa.
Responsibilities
As a staff nurse you will manage operations of your assigned unit, ensuring residents receive the high standard of care they expect at Grandview Healthcare Center. Your duties include supervising and providing guidance to clinical staff, fostering a positive and inclusive facility culture, maintaining infection prevention practices, and ensuring adequate staffing for resident needs.
Qualifications
Applicants must have an unencumbered State of Iowa (or compact state) Registered Nurse (RN) license. Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting is preferred.
