We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for Parkridge East Hospital, a 128‑bed facility located in East Ridge, Tennessee. The role offers an enhanced compensation package and the opportunity to provide anesthesia care across a range of medical and surgical services including orthopedics, robotic surgery, obstetrics, and a Level III NICU.
Responsibilities
Pre‑anesthesia assessment and documentation.
Obtain and/or verify patient consent.
Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient.
Induce, maintain, and facilitate emergence from anesthesia.
Monitor the patient’s physiological status throughout the procedure.
Perform clinical interventions as needed.
Requirements
Current license as a registered professional nurse.
Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia education program.
Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.
Shift Schedule
Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Total Rewards
Base Salary: up to $210 000 per year
Sign‑on Incentive (bonus with/without retention, training assistance, or loan repayment): $50 000
