Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery. You will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, make critical assessments, perform skilled procedures, and implement patient care plans. You will collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to focus on optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
Performs complete patient assessment.
Recognizes significant changes in patient status and seeks appropriate resources.
Coordinates or collects physiologic monitoring data: vital signs, monitor results, lab and diagnostic test results.
Documents assessment in compliance with hospital policy.
Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and plan provision of patient care.
Obtains and/or verifies all physician orders for procedures, medications, and therapies.
We are offering a sign on bonus up to $25,000 depending on shift to hires who meet the eligibility requirements. We also offer additional pay for participation in our clinical ladder as well as referral bonuses, excellent benefits, and relocation assistance.

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, upon hire
Registered Nurse: AR, upon hire
Basic Life Support - CPR, within 30 Days
Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 90 Days
Pediatric Advanced Life Support, within 90 Days
