Rehab Services Aide

support role, you\'ll work side-by-side with licensed Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists to help seniors regain strength, mobility, and independence in our skilled nursing facility.
Responsibilities
Safely transport residents to and from therapy sessions
Prepare treatment areas, equipment, and supplies for therapy sessions
Assist therapists with resident transfers
Keep the therapy department clean, organized, and fully stocked
Help maintain and clean therapy equipment
Support the therapy team with various tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Compassion and patience when working with elderly residents
Ability to stay organized and pay close attention to detail
Reliability and a genuine desire to help others
No prior experience is required
