Responsibilities
Manage, Train and mentor existing & newly hired Medical Assistants
Ensure compliance with clinic protocols and procedures
Assist with patient care, including vitals, EKGs, phlebotomy, and more
Maintain a high standard of clinical excellence and teamwork
Qualifications
Certified/Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant (Urgent Care or Primary Care experience a plus!)
Strong communication and leadership skills. Athena experience a Plus!
