Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Medical Assistant for a full-time, on-site position located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. You will serve as a key point of contact for high-risk Medicare patients with multiple chronic conditions, helping them stay engaged, compliant, and on track with their personalized care plans through structured outreach, remote monitoring, and proactive care coordination. You will collaborate closely with physicians and care teams, leveraging RPM devices and EHR platforms to drive better outcomes and reduce hospital readmissions.
Qualifications

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)
Minimum 2 years of healthcare-related clinical or care coordination experience
Minimum 1 year of direct hands-on RPM experience, with demonstrated skills in device management, data review, and patient engagement
Minimum 1 year of direct CCM experience, with proven involvement in monthly patient calls, care plan documentation, and time-tracking compliance
Working knowledge of CCM billing codes (99490, 99439) and RPM billing codes (99457, 99458)
Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance guidelines as they relate to RPM and CCM program eligibility and reimbursement
Proficiency with EHR/EMR platforms (e.g., Epic, eClinicalWorks, PointClickCare, Athenahealth, or similar)
Comfortable operating FDA-approved monitoring devices and mobile health applications
Strong communication, documentation accuracy, and organizational skills with a compassionate, patient-first approach
Self-motivated with the ability to manage a high-volume patient panel independently and on-site
Preferred

National Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA) designation
Deeper familiarity with RPM and CCM billing workflows and compliance requirements
Experience working across multiple client EHR platforms simultaneously
Prior experience in a telehealth, value-based care, or remote care coordination setting
