Job Description
The Patient Services Representative supports clinic operations by providing timely and quality customer service over the phone and in-person. Responsibilities include greeting, registering, and scheduling patients accurately and promptly; creating patient records; providing documentation to patients; and collecting and applying patient payments.

Responsibilities

Accurately check patients in and out for all appointments and update patient records.

Process sliding scale applications and calculate income for submission to the supervisor.

Schedule patients according to established provider schedules and clinic protocols.

Answer phone calls and inquiries, providing timely and accurate customer service.

Qualifications
Knowledge of standard office policies and procedures; strong math skills; familiarity with standard office machines (copier, fax, shredder, multi-line telephone, printers, etc.); and proficiency with Microsoft Office software products preferred. Fluency in Spanish preferred.
