Salary Range:
$142,000 – $178,000 annually + $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
Requirements to Apply
Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
Active California NP or PA license
DEA registration
Minimum 1 year of experience as a practicing NP or PA
BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross) upon hire
Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a team-based environment
ANCC or AANP certification
NCCPA certification
Preferred
Experience in FQHC, nonprofit, or community health settings
Experience with LGBTQ+, transgender, homeless, or HIV+ populations
Epic EMR experience

This full-time Advanced Practice Provider opportunity offers the chance to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a mission-driven outpatient setting serving diverse and underserved communities. Working alongside physicians and an interdisciplinary clinical team, you’ll assess, diagnose, treat, educate, and coordinate care for patients across a broad range of primary care needs.
Providers in this role enjoy a consistent Monday through Friday schedule with 8-hour shifts, allowing for strong work-life balance while making a meaningful impact.
