
Senior Project Manager - Water/Wastewater

Forge ahead with WSB. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to add to our growing team. This is an exciting role for someone looking to grow their career with a company working on groundbreaking projects across the US.
What You Will Do
Lead project management and process design for new water/wastewater treatment facilities, lift stations, review existing water/wastewater treatment facilities, prepare reports for proposed equipment/systems upgrades and replacements, and present your findings to clients and regulatory agencies
Conduct business development and develop client relationships in the water/wastewater industry
Independently evaluate, select, and apply various treatment technologies, equipment, and processes to optimize performance or ensure compliance with environmental regulations, and apply the results to water/wastewater treatment plant configurations
Develop specifications and drawings such as process flow diagrams (PFDs) and process & instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) for senior drafting technicians
Assess impact of changing DOH, EPA and MPCA regulations for specific client needs
Travel to client and vendor locations for design reviews, field verification of designs, proposal presentations, and business development activities as needed
What You Will Bring
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
10+ years of experience in water and/or wastewater engineering in areas such as evaluating, planning, designing, and constructing municipal and industrial water/wastewater treatment facilities, lift stations, wastewater conveyance and water distribution systems
3+ years of water or wastewater engineering project management experience
Oklahoma PE license or the ability to obtain one within 6 months
The ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and terrains associated with construction projects
Proven business development experience
Experience mentoring, developing, and mentoring staff
