Compensation and Benefits
Competitive Salary $31.25‑$36.00/hr and Shift Differential

The salary mentioned above reflects the potential base pay range for this role. Bonuses or other incentives (if applicable) are offered separately and paid pursuant to the relevant program schedule. All employment offers will consider such factors as overall experience, job‑related qualifications, location, certifications/training, etc.
Responsibilities
Assist in care planning and treatments for residents and consult with other nursing staff as appropriate under direct supervision of the RN.
Demonstrate basic knowledge and skills required to care for the resident population on an assigned unit.
Review resident medical records to ensure nursing practice is within state and federal guidelines.
Document care provided and report changes in resident status to shift supervisor.
Review all referrals for consultation, treatment or resolution of problems to ensure they are valid and applicable to documented nursing plans.
Seek opportunities for professional growth and expansion of responsibilities to maintain competency levels.
Set and implement goals and policies consistent with the philosophy and purpose of FutureCare’s nursing facility.
Qualifications
Hold an active LPN license issued in the state of Maryland.
1 year of nursing experience preferred.
Previous experience caring for residents in an acute or long‑term health care facility a plus.
Team player with strong work ethic and willingness to assist where needed.
Must possess a current CPR license.
Ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal communication with all personnel, residents, and families.
